The TTRPG Doll is a type of commission that utilizes a base in a particular style I do. These 'dolls' are carefully labelled and layered to be easy to mix and match different aspects of the artwork upon request. These dolls are often use as character tokens for VTT games.

Base Packages

Choose a base package below. Higher tiers include more expressions, additions, and ready-to-use PNG combinations. If you are unsure whether your character needs a custom base, please ask before ordering. A “combination” is one PNG made from a selected expression and set of additions.

Not sure which one to pick?• Nude Base - Best if you only need a simple token or want to start small.• Standard - Ideal for most players. You get multiple expressions, additions, and plenty of ready-to-use combinations.• Deluxe - Best for characters that need lots of outfits, gear, or emotional range.• Custom Base - Required for characters that don’t fit a standard humanoid body type.

Add-Ons

Add-ons such as new outfits, poses, or extra combinations can be added to any package later. An “addition” refers to an outfit, hairstyle, prop, or visual detail (e.g. bloodied, damaged, alternate clothing).

Files are delivered digitally via PNG format (ZIP files for multiple images).

1. General Terms

• All drawings will include a subtle signature that may not be removed.• Prices are subject to change based on demand.• I reserve the right to reject any order that I am not comfortable completing, for any reason.

2. Payment

• Accepted currency is USD, payable via PayPal or Google Pay.• Commissions must be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.• Please do not send payment before I have confirmed your commission slot and requested payment.

3. Process and Delivery

• I will notify you when I have started your commission. Once work has begun, you will no longer be eligible for a refund (see Section 7 for details).• While I am working on your commission, I will provide reviews to ensure the piece meets your expectations, unless you choose to opt out.• The number of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.• During reviews, you will receive work-in-progress images. These will typically be watermarked and lower resolution than the final piece.• Completion time may range from 1 week to 3 months, depending on factors such as complexity, health, and workload.• If any issues arise that delay the initially estimated delivery time, I will notify you as soon as possible.• Once the commission is complete, you will receive the full-resolution image and any sizes requested prior to completion. No physical product will be provided.

4. Revisions

• The commission price includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.• Additional fees may apply for changes requested after the final drawing is completed, unless the change is due to an error or misunderstanding on my part.• If you request changes to elements that were previously approved, an extra fee will be charged. This fee is typically based on an hourly rate and the scope of the change.• If references provided are unclear or incomplete, resulting changes may incur additional charges.

5. Copyright and Usage

I, Hailie (the artist), retain full copyright of the commissioned artwork. As such, I reserve the right to:• Use the artwork for self-promotion• Publish the artwork in books (e.g., artbooks)• Display the artwork on websites, social media, and portfolios• Post the artwork wherever I choose

The buyer is allowed to:

• Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon (including posting on social media, forums, etc.)• Print the artwork and claim ownership of the character(s), but not the artwork itself• Use the artwork to promote themselves (credit is appreciated but not required)• Use the artwork on YouTube channels and in monetized videos, provided the artwork itself is not the primary source of income

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Using or reproducing the artwork commercially (i.e., making money from it in any form)• Claiming the artwork as your own• Removing my signature from the artwork• Altering the artwork without my consent• All rights to the image and its distribution are reserved by me unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial or extended usage rights may be purchased separately at any time.

6. Customer Satisfaction

• I will do my best to ensure you receive the artwork you requested and are satisfied with the final result.• If you have any concerns regarding your commission, please communicate them as soon as possible so we can work toward a solution together.• Some terms may be adjusted upon request, provided this is discussed and agreed upon before I begin work. For example, if you do not want your artwork posted publicly, you must inform me in advance.

7. Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Once I have started working on your commission, refunds are not available.• If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.• If you cancel your commission before I have started, you are eligible for a full refund.• If a refund is issued, please do not initiate a PayPal chargeback. I will return the funds directly.• Initiating a PayPal chargeback when you are not eligible for a refund will result in forfeiture of all rights to the commissioned artwork. I will contest the chargeback and provide PayPal with documentation showing work completion. You will also be barred from commissioning me again.• If the buyer violates any of the terms outlined above, they forfeit all previously stated rights to the commissioned artwork. I retain the right to further use and profit from the artwork in any manner I choose.If you have any issues with these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to submitting payment for your commission.

8. AI / NFT / BLOCKCHAIN USE

• The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI-related purposes. This includes, but is not limited to training AI models, contributing to datasets, image generation, style training, prompt-referencing, or uploading the artwork to any AI system or database.• The artwork may not be minted, sold, or distributed as an NFT, nor used in any blockchain-based project.• These restrictions apply even if the artwork is modified, cropped, filtered, or combined with other images.• I do not consent to my artwork being used for generative AI, machine learning, NFTs, blockchain technologies, or any similar systems now known or developed in the future.• Unauthorized AI or NFT use constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate loss of all usage rights.

9. ADDITIONAL USAGE RESTRICTIONS

• The artwork may not be traced, heavily edited, or altered without my explicit permission.• The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or used as an adoptable.• The artwork may not be used for merchandise, print-on-demand products, or commercial goods without purchasing a commercial license.• The artwork may not be used in political campaigns, hate content, or content that promotes harassment, discrimination, or violence.• Usage rights granted to the buyer are non-transferable and may not be sublicensed or given to third parties without written permission.

What You Get:

• Drafts/mockups from which you must choose the version I will continue with (the number of drafts depends on commission complexity)• Sketches and/or final sketches that require your approval before I proceed• Insight and involvement in the color plan (depending on the complexity of the commission)• A full-resolution file of the finished artwork (final file formats are typically PNG)

What You Do Not Get:

• Source files (e.g., PSD, CLIP, SAI, Procreate, or any editable working files)• Layered or editable versions of the artwork unless explicitly agreed upon in advance• Rights to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the artwork• Permission to remove my signature• Ownership of the artwork copyright

PAID ADD-ONS

• Source files (e.g., PSD, CLIP, SAI, Procreate, or other editable working files) are not included by default.• Source files may be purchased as a paid add-on if requested before the commission is completed.• Pricing for source files depends on the complexity of the piece and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.• When source files are provided, they are for personal archival or agreed-upon use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

• By default, all commissions are for personal use only.• A commercial license is required if you intend to use the artwork for any profit-generating purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: – Merchandise (prints for sale, apparel, stickers, etc.) – Branding or logos – Monetized products, services, or promotional materials – Print-on-demand services• Commercial license pricing is separate from the base commission price and depends on the scope, scale, and intended use.• Commercial usage rights must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.• Purchasing a commercial license grants permission for the agreed-upon use only and does not transfer copyright ownership.• I reserve the right to decline commercial licensing requests at my discretion.
